Definitely! We love to meet our couples! It's really important that we are the right fit for each other as you'll be trusting us with some of the most intimate moments of your day. Once you’ve had a Zoom call with us and have booked us in, we will potentially visit your venue and meet with you in person a month or two out from the wedding to finalise your timeline and any other details with you.

We are super awkward in front of the camera as a couple too, which is how we know how to help you feel comfortable and at ease throughout the whole ‘photo-taking’ process and we won’t be posing you! We’ll definitely help you by talking with you and assisting you with arm placement if something looks a little out of place (we won’t leave you looking anything less than INCREDIBLE!) and you will look amazing, because you’ll feel amazing! Our focus is whatever is important to you, if that means having a shorter time of just the two of you having portraits - that’s more than okay with us, but trust us when we say you will LOVE how we take photos of you and enjoy every part of the process.

The most posed part of the day is when we do our family portraits but that’s only so that we get exactly what you want and it is done quickly and painlessly!

Rain is meant to be good luck on your wedding day! And although it may cause some stress to couples, don't stress about your photography/videography as it doesn't change much of what your photos will be. Some of the best photos come from miserable weather. We'd be happy to bring some umbrellas! We always keep an eye out on what the weather will be like on your special day and plan ahead with undercover options if needed.

Yes. We aim to post a photo from every wedding + session we do to be as inclusive as possible! We also give you a sneak peek that will be within 48 hours of your wedding of roughly 5 images. We do this because we know you want to see your photos! You can also choose an add-on if you would like more images quite quickly before the final delivery. If you would like us not to post any of your images online, or, would like to approve a photo before posting - just let us know - we’re really not precious about this as we have oodles of content to share with our audience already and your privacy is important to us if it needs to be!

We aim to have them to you within 12 weeks, during our busier times this may be the full 15 weeks as outlined in our contract. Please know that we work exceptionally hard on your photos to bring you only the best images and that this does take a fair bit of time. We do all of the editing ourselves and don’t outsource to other editing companies.

Yes. We like to be well prepared but we also like to go with how it's working on the day and where the light is good. We will have a few locations in mind for your portraits depending on your ceremony and reception locations and if you always wanted to go and have a look at locations before your day with us, we’re up for it.

A first look is personal preference. Sometimes it might be important to consider because of the timing of your day. We would encourage a first look if you’re extremely nervous about seeing each other for the first time on your day when one of you walks down the aisle, if you’re an anxious person or feel a bit fearful about falling apart in front of people - this is a good way to ease your anxieties and feel really confident walking down the aisle. If you want to keep to tradition but you’re still nervous, you can alternatively have a time together where you can hold hands but not see each other and just speak some nice calming words with each other.

We absolutely love to travel! Whether your wedding is in a different state or different country to where we are located, we would love to travel to your wedding and will be able to quote you on how much it would cost for us to travel - we definitely try to keep these costs down and will share with you a break down of the costs if you would like to know.

Yes! We love to print for you. There are some add-ons you can choose from for your wedding package, but once you get your full gallery there is a print store attached to your online gallery which you can choose print products from at any time. With albums, they are quite a collaborative process so make sure to get in touch with us about how to go about those - see our album page here. If you would like a custom gallery wall or another print product not listed, please just get in touch with us and we will look after you!

Yes it is the most environmentally friendly that it could possibly be! We are so incredibly proud of our recycled, plastic-free packaging. It also supports all small businesses that are all Australian.

We have a very clever and sturdy back-up system but the way we process your images means we make sure that they stay safe until they are delivered to you!

We 100% can, but we absolutely will! Timing is super important, and a tricky thing to figure out. We will help you formulate your timeline from our very first zoom call! We have additional information available in our wedding guide and can answer any questions you may have, just email us and we’ll get back to you!
